Terms of Service.
The platform.
Vima Access is a B2B intelligence platform operated by Vima Clinical Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The platform aggregates publicly available NHS data, third-party data sources, and proprietary intelligence curated by Vima Clinical’s analyst team, into a searchable interface for pharmaceutical companies operating in England.
Subscription & access.
Access to Vima Access is by annual subscription, on terms agreed in writing between Vima Clinical Ltd and the subscribing organisation. There is no self-serve sign-up. New users are added to a subscribing organisation’s account by Vima Clinical’s admin team, on instruction from the organisation’s designated contact.
Each subscription is scoped to a specific drug portfolio and user seat count, as defined in the subscription order.
Acceptable use.
Vima Access is licensed for internal use by employees of the subscribing organisation. Account credentials must not be shared outside that organisation. Bulk export, scraping, redistribution, or onward licensing of platform data is not permitted.
Data sources & accuracy.
Vima Access combines public NHS data sources (including dm+d via NHS TRUD, OpenPrescribing, NHS ODS, and the NHSBSA Drug Tariff) with curated proprietary intelligence. Every record carries a last-verified date and a named verifier. We aim to keep records current to the cadences specified per data panel, but Vima Clinical does not warrant that all records reflect the most-recent state of the underlying source at any given moment.
Subscribers should treat platform data as a high-quality input to commercial decision-making, not as the sole basis for regulatory, clinical, or contractual decisions.
Limitation of liability.
Final limitations of liability will be set out in the master subscription agreement. In the interim, no advice or representation made via the platform or by Vima Clinical creates any liability for clinical, regulatory, or commercial decisions taken by the subscribing organisation.
Governing law.
These terms and any subscription agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
