Who we are.
Vima Access is operated by Vima Clinical Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected via the vima-access.com website and the Vima Access platform.
What we collect.
Demo requests. When you submit the demo-request form, we collect your email address and any other details you provide (name, company, role, products of interest, message). This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to schedule a demo.
Authenticated users of the Vima Access platform. When your organisation subscribes to Vima Access, we collect name, email address, role, company affiliation, and basic usage data (pages visited, drugs viewed, alerts watched). This is used to operate the platform, surface alerts you’ve subscribed to, and ensure data segregation between subscribing organisations.
No cookies. The marketing site does not set non-essential cookies. The authenticated platform uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and security.
How we use it.
Personal data is processed for the legitimate interests of operating the Vima Access platform and responding to commercial enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use personal data for advertising or third-party marketing.
Sub-processors.
We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the platform: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, UK/EU region), Clerk (authentication), and Resend (transactional email). Each sub-processor handles personal data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Your rights.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing on legitimate-interests grounds. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@vima-access.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Retention.
Demo-request data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Platform user data is retained for the life of your organisation’s subscription, plus a period defined in the master subscription agreement.
