Pricing

Pricing on request. Designed to scale with your portfolio.

Vima Access is a per-SKU annual subscription. Pricing is based on the number of SKUs in your portfolio, with volume bands that get more efficient as the count grows. There is a minimum annual fee and a one-time onboarding fee per SKU. Launch Tracker is available as an optional per-launch add-on for SKUs in active launch.

Commercial shape

Structure, no surprises.

Annual per-SKU rate, with volume bands
Cost per SKU goes down as your portfolio grows. Four bands. Specific rates on request.
Minimum annual fee
Applies regardless of SKU count. Designed to cover the team time the subscription requires.
One-time onboarding fee per new SKU
Charged for every SKU joining the platform, whether in the initial cohort or added mid-contract.
Two-year default contract
Annual billing up front. Quarterly billing available on request at a small uplift.
Bands lock at signing
Recalculation happens at renewal, not mid-contract. Predictable for budget.
Launch Tracker add-on

Pay only when you launch.

Launch Tracker is an optional add-on. It is priced as a one-time fee per launch event and includes Launch Tracker access for the full launch lifecycle: from MHRA approval through the six months following first prescription. The per-launch fee is charged at the point a new SKU is onboarded or a pack change is initiated. Specific fee on request.

Per launch event
One-time fee, charged at onboarding of the SKU or at the start of a pack change.
Full lifecycle access
MHRA approval through the first six months of prescribing. No mid-launch cliff.
On request
Priced separately from the per-SKU subscription. Specific fee shared during demo.
Questions

The ones we get most often.

What does it cost per SKU?

Pricing is on request. The per-SKU annual rate sits on a four-band volume scale: it gets more efficient as your portfolio grows. We share the band structure during a demo conversation.

Is there a minimum?

Yes. A minimum annual fee applies regardless of SKU count. Designed to cover the team time the subscription requires.

What is the onboarding fee for?

It covers the work of bringing your SKU onto the platform: dm+d mapping, baseline ICB formulary research, clinical system listing verification, wholesaler audit, reimbursement classification. One-time per SKU, regardless of when it joins.

Are Watched, Proposals, and Support included for everyone?

Yes. Only Launch Tracker is an optional add-on.

What does the Launch Tracker add-on cover?

Full access to the Launch Tracker workflow for one launch event, from MHRA approval through the first six months of prescribing. Auto-detection, slip-risk warnings, milestone tracking, daily email digests, outreach loop logging. Priced per launch, on request.

What happens if my org submits a formulary proposal and Vima approves it?

The change writes to the live formulary entry in a single transaction. Your team gets an email confirming the approval. The audit log records actor and time.

Is there a free trial?

No. Every pharma client is onboarded with a curated portfolio and a named contact. We use the demo conversation to confirm fit and seed the platform with your products.

How do you handle the post-April-2026 ICB mergers?

Built-in admin merge tooling reassigns formulary records, infrastructure records, and historical data to merged ICBs. You do not lose continuity of intelligence when the geography shifts.
